Really good Stay with Amazing Views

The front desk staff was very helpful throughout my stay. The room featured a nice bathroom in addition to a very comfortable bed. The rooftop view was especially beautiful (I recommend a sunset viewing!).
During peak hours, the elevators can get very busy.

This hotel had a location close to attractions. Many restaurants surrounded the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful with my needs. Paolo helped me with cocktail recommendations on the terrace. It was the perfect service.

The hotel staff were helpful . A person at the front desk quickly arranged transportation. The bell service was also readily available. The room cleaning was thorough and took place daily before noon.
The elevators sometimes had a slight delay during peak hours.

The lobby offered ample seating and displayed local artwork. There was a fitness center on the second floor and it has modern equipment. The hotel provided free Wi-Fi throughout the building.

Concierge services were available 24/7 and staff spoke multiple languages. Turndown service was provided each evening and it included fresh towels. Room service was prompt and the staff was attentive.

the room was very clean and well equipped. linen was soft and comfortable..
the hotel advertises a restaurant on the top floor, but there's actually no place to sit and eat. i wouldn't have booked this at such a high price if i knew there would be booming music until midnight at least. it should have been disclosed.
